About the role ….

• An experienced bookkeeper who is a team player, organized and looking to be part of a small, dynamic and friendly team.
• Ideally you will have experience with Xero and are comfortable with all aspects of the bookkeeping function, including:
• Payroll
• Accounts Payable
• Bank Reconciliations
• Business Activity Statements / Installment Activity Statements
• Billing / Invoicing
• As a bookkeeper you will work closely with all members of the team, providing a valuable contribution to the management of the finance function on a number of our clients.

About you ….

We are looking for an A-star individual, passionate and competent with what they do and bringing the WOW with the following qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar bookkeeping role/s.
• Significant experience with Xero, including Xero Certified.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work as part of the wider team.
• Able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and embrace the healthcare and biotechnology industries
